Huanuco, Peru Pictorial:
Working with the International Justice Mission

During the summer of 2008, Ruth Downing, Owner of Forensic Healthcare Consulting traveled to Huanuco, Peru at the special request of the International Justice Mission to provide education on sexual assault evidence collection to community leaders in health care and law enforcement.

Below is a pictorial of the special event in 2008. In 2009 she is scheduled to return to assist the district attorney in forming a child sexual abuse unit, and provide further education for forensic physicians to improve sexual assault exams.
